Gault&Millau's review 2026

Just outside Saint-Vaast, on the eastern tip of the Cotentin peninsula, this Panoramique justifies its name with a 180° view of the moor and the sea, offering a contemporary vision of marine cuisine: Cherbourg salmon and tuna tartare, lobster "fusion" with cucumber, apple, mint and coriander, roasted monkfish tail with coconut-lemon sauce, Barfleur mussels, shredded duck and arancini... Small, wise and classic cellar, good active service.
