Selected The little brother of the Rue Desseaux institution works well with the Bois-Guillaumaise bourgeoisie, who come to indulge in calf's head and kidneys, snout vinaigrette, andouillette and tripe à la mode de Caen. It's not quite the same atmosphere, more like a hotel bistro, but the young team is very friendly and dedicated.
