Remarkable Restaurant A beautiful mountain chalet that unfurls its charms in summer and winter alike, with a well-measured chic expressed in elegant comfort and a choreographed plate prepared by chefs Guillaume Barengo, with impressive credentials (Goujon, Le Squer, Pras, Bertron...) and Juan Leiro as pastry chef. Only five courses to enjoy the six dishes of the moment, including two desserts, which of course limits the risks and needs for the house: langoustine from Guilvinec in tartlet, wild blueberries, Crémant de Savoie granita, crème anglaise of head with lemon balm, red tuna in two courses (roasted ventrèche, loin in gravlax), roasted fig with orange honey, blackcurrant leaf cream, tart blackcurrant. Cellar adapted to a demanding clientele.
