Bistro/Brasserie | Casual | With family | With friends
Description
Fabien and Nadine Tessier set up shop in Place de la Résistance in 2016, where they quickly forged links with small shopkeepers and gathered a clientele of regulars. "We take pleasure in taking care of the welcome, creating a friendly, family atmosphere," explains Fabien Tessier. Le Onze's menu focuses on freshness and seasonal produce, in the spirit of a brasserie: burgers with butcher's steaks, fries and homemade bread (Le Tourangeaux with Sainte-Maure cendré, Le Normand with camembert and apples browned in calvados...), duck breast with figs and chanterelle mushrooms... Five or six proposals, no more, and a dish of the day, to let seasonal fruits and vegetables take over the menu. From morning to night, Le Onze is open to breakfast lovers, morning visitors and afternoon gourmets, who will always find a dessert to satisfy their cravings: a seasonal tart, an exotic fruit tiramisù or Fabien's famous chocolate moelleux... "We like to present Le Onze as a place to relax, eat well, have a drink... we live to the rhythm of the city".
