It's the quintessential Lyonnais address, and the one your local friends will recommend if you ask them for an authentic bouchon that's not too folkloric. In this little side street, the Musée is a much-loved institution. No frills, but titles that speak for themselves to the faithful: salade de pieds et museaux, saucisson brioché, andouillette with mustard sauce, quenelle de brochet, jours de porc à la lyonnaise... We finish with a praline tart for good measure. The fillette de beaujolais is €8, the pot de mâcon villages €16.
