This legendary bouchon in the heart of the peninsula is almost a museum. Regulars flock here, while onlookers consult the small A4 sheet presenting the menu of the moment, without always understanding the craze. You have to be in front of the plate, savouring these purely Lyonnais pleasures while enjoying the atmosphere: brioche sausage, bone marrow, apple pudding, andouillette with mustard sauce, pork cheek à la lyonnaise. There's a party every day at the Museum, with Louis Tête's Morgon, for example.
