Conveniently located, close to everything, including the Bay of Saint-Tropez and Sainte-Maxime, this restaurant is well-balanced, offering traditional regional cuisine with a contemporary twist: tomato and anchovy tart, grilled vegetables with balsamic vinegar and basil, monkfish cassolette with clams and lemongrass, braised veal shank with tomatoes and olives.
