Gourmet Restaurant The hotel is a little corner of paradise, a mill set on the banks of the Touvre, with its bucolic and exotic terrace, just a stone's throw from Angoulême. While admiring the gentle flow of the river, you can satiate yourself with market cuisine that respects the seasons and is convincingly prepared: poached egg, green asparagus and mushrooms, frogs' leg tartlet, garlic confit and fried parsley, sweetbread crepinette and strong meat jus, chocolate baba with cognac, chocolate mousse and roasted pears. Lunch menu €22.
