What a change of scenery this adorable mill is, just a few minutes from Angoulême! A veritable haven of peace, this mill on the Touvre river invites you to contemplate, your senses soothed by the steady, lilting flow of the river. The kitchens spare no effort to accompany the show, with a carpaccio of sea bream, tiger leche and pickles, market fish, vegetable wok and teriyaki sauce, poultry dodine with mushrooms and tarragon risotto, and a seasonal fruit tart.
