On the outskirts of the city, this successful Moulin is dedicated to successful family meals and successful business deals. The high standard of accommodation provides a regular clientele, the service is well trained and the menus are in good order: tourteau taboulé de chou-fleur, filet de canette jus à la sauge champignons asperges pomme de terre, Morvan honey ice cream crème sureau in a Signature menu at €50. Classic regional cellar.
