Remarkable Restaurant Just around the bend, this magnificent XVᵉ century mill is a tribute both to the Breton terroir and to Pont-Aven's heyday. It's an exceptional place with discreet, poetic charms, the little terrace on the banks of the Aven, the room with the glass roof and antique furniture, evocative and warm, where you can discover the work of Sébastien Martinez, local and seasonal, sharp and brought back to basics. Here, tradition takes on the colors of today: Paul Gauguin mussels, ribot milk and green chili pepper; Guilvinec langoustines, bisque and mayonnaise; Pont-Aven egg, poultry jus and grandmother's garnish; saint-pierre, green beans and shellfish; cochon à la bretonne, black pudding and periwinkles; poultry from Moëlan-sur-mer, pommes paillasson and lentins; beautiful chocolate profiteroles. Excellent cellar with prestigious names (Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey, Jobard, Jamet, Rayas, Clos Rougeard...).
