The 3* hotel stands for traditional, regional cuisine, seriously executed: oeufs en meurette with pinot noir, galantine of duck with pistachios, pavé of trout from Crisenon, beurre blanc with Chablis, braised ham of piglet in the oven, thyme sauce, a shortbread tartlet, rhubarb and strawberries.
