Gault&Millau's review 2026

This beautiful Burgundian building on the banks of a branch of the Seille has the rustic charm of an old house - a former cereal mill - and is particularly well maintained. Massimo Donatelli brings a little sunshine from his native Abruzzo to his traditional cuisine, which combines eggs meurette with truffle risotto, snail fricassee and Bresse chicken before mascarpone amarena tuile. Good menus from €29 to €49.
