Gault&Millau's review2026
At the entrance to the village, in a house on the banks of the Ouvèze river, Amandine and Jérôme Blanchet maintain this lovely Provencal restaurant with two chef's hats, as gentle in its setting as it is serious in its cuisine, which faithfully reflects the region's terroir. The €42 menu offers excellent value for money, with a frisée salad with smoked duck breast and foie gras, poached egg and croutons, roast cod with champagne sauce, carnaroli risotto with parmesan and smoked herring pearls, cabbage stuffed with pig and porcini mushrooms, carrots glazed with meat juice, and a chocolate pistachio macaroon. For those with a sweet tooth, the house also offers a truffle menu at €78.
