A well-executed hotel restaurant on a golf course in a superb natural setting. The contemporary building, hotel and restaurant, offers every comfort, and the dining experience is on a par with that of a skilled chef, Jean-Baptiste Mottet. The simplicity and straightforwardness of good regional dishes take precedence, with smoked trout, boletus risotto and foie gras escalope, baked knuckle of pork or fondue. Classic desserts, tight prices.
