A 4-star hotel with a panoramic view of the capital, Patricio de Diego de la Vega's contemporary, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine is equally suited to boarders and business diners. The menu is well composed, with ideas to suit every taste: a millefeuille of foie gras and smoked trout, granny apple and parsnip purée, cod a la plancha, black garlic and piquillos, chorizo hummus, a picanha of Galician beef and pan-fried vegetables with thyme sauce, or a revisited tarte tatin.
