On the California side, a business restaurant within easy reach of the Promenade and the airport. The contemporary setting lends itself to casual relaxation, and chef Ludovic Goux knows how to take his guests to a safe place while paying careful attention to finishing touches with noble products: girolles and serrano, thyme-buttered saint-pierre, soft crispy sweetbreads, fillet of beef, escalope of foie gras with porcini mushrooms and girolles... so many classic dishes with which everyone enjoys themselves. Desserts are also well done (soufflé, baba, pavlova...), and the cellar is well-stocked.
