Chef's Restaurant This bistro-restaurant is full of qualities: it doesn't take any mines, but ensures serenity for couples and satisfaction for everyone. Whether you're a couple or a foursome, you'll make the most of the moment thanks to a smiling welcome, an attractive menu, tempting daily specials and service that's always efficient and cheerful. Classic goodness, with girolles petits pois, veal tartare au couteau with coriander, mountain pork chop with lemongrass, roast pigeon with kumquat and bitter orange shallots. Good dessert (moelleux cerise crème pistache), well-suited cellar.
