A wonderful restaurant showcasing local cuisine, right across from the Nicolas Flamel house, where Lan and Denis Groison celebrate the chef’s native region. Named after the village where he grew up, the restaurant bridges the gap between the capital and Burgundy, offering solid, market-driven cuisine with a strong focus on sourcing. On the menu: semi-cured duck foie gras, a seasonal Vietnamese-style salad paying homage to the homeland of his wife Lan, a rosemary-infused hake brandade, a Vendée pigeon roasted with cherries and fennel, and a warm, moist cake with Yonne cherries and salted butter caramel. Well-stocked wine cellar.
