Overlooking Omaha Beach, this hotel-restaurant offers an exceptional view of the surrounding area. Revived by Julia and Mathieu, the restaurant serves up delicious, traditional cuisine that will delight both American tourists and locals alike. On the menu that day: ravioli filled with fresh spinach and raw-milk tomme cheese from Cauquigny, a large langoustine just seared and served in a rich broth, a fillet of gilthead sea bream pan-seared on one side, braised Grandcamp fennel and einkorn wheat risotto, French-style beef skirt steak, cromesquis made from beef cheek braised in red wine, and Mosles baby potatoes.
