Gourmet Restaurant The setting is superb, in the beautiful countryside of the Camargue, and the table adapts to the flow of tourists and demand, combining a few fashionable features and ideas of the moment: artichokes barigoule with chorizo chips, sea bass piqué with chorizo, lemongrass foam and baby vegetables, PDO bull with asparagus and carrot tops. Regional cellar not very extensive, but correct in price.
