The view is absolutely exceptional, a 180° panorama of the Atlantic from this 3* hotel, with a cliff-side terrace, with the needles of Port Coton close by. To accompany this unique spectacle, the cuisine is utterly pleasing, with simple compositions on a regional theme: a free-range hen's egg glazed with peas and arugula, roast fish on the skin, fregola sarda and lobster sauce, candied pig's cheek nuts, creamy ratte apples with preserved lemons, full-bodied jus, timut chocolate roll cake, crunchy grué and dark chocolate.
