Gault&Millau's review2026
A chic straw hut on the seafront, close to the airport, in a quieter spot away from the crowds of L'Ayguade and Les Salins. A warm welcome at the front door, a large, well-organized staff and young, smiling service. A menu with an Italian and Mediterranean flavour, but without any real local products (local fishing is virtually absent), correctly executed according to the standards and ideas of the moment: a good Mediterranean shrimp carpaccio, like the tuna tartare, generous and well-made linguine vongole, fritta pizzas, veal tomahawk Milanese style, in a festive, holiday atmosphere. Provençal and Italian cellar, prices logically rather high.
