Gault&Millau's review 2025

The view of the château, illuminated in the evening, is a strong argument for dining in. The beamed, contemporary dining room looks good, and the cuisine is consensual, bringing together trends and noble products: foie gras, pâté en croûte de gibier, Saint-Jacques and cod in champagne sauce, tiramisu gianduja... Good Saveur menu at €39, brasserie annex for salads and snacks.
