Gourmet Restaurant Le Malu, named after the owners Marianne and Ludovic, who have lived here for six years, offers refined, gourmet local cuisine in a contemporary setting that favors beautiful, natural materials. The short à la carte menu features two dishes that are always interesting and frequently renewed according to the season: top-quality roasted scallops, with a sauce made from beards, butternut and walnuts, well-cooked sweetbreads, crispy and caramelized, root vegetables, citron and gourmet jus, succulent cognac baba, pear and coffee. All this is accompanied by a comfortable wine list, with fine references from all over France and affordable prices, offering a small selection by the glass.
