The menu is organized around a market menu at €50, complemented by a more affordable lunchtime option, offering a clear overview of the range on offer. The dishes reflect a contemporary cuisine, attentive to balance and texture. The quail fillet, accompanied by fresh goat's cheese and beet, complements the crunchy and melt-in-the-mouth flavors. The perfectly cooked pollack, with its asparagus and broad beans, is in keeping with the season, enhanced by a sauce that structures the whole just right. The chocolate dessert is generous and delicious, prolonging the meal on a controlled note.
