Gault&Millau's review2025
The suburban, ring-road setting doesn't lend itself to frolicking, but the well-sheltered location is welcoming and the house has a certain cachet at the end of the long asphalt driveway. At the table, you'll find a pleasant atmosphere for business or pleasure, with well-established menus and few modest extras, highlighting a wide variety of contemporary cuisine: Korean maki with poultry confit and small vegetables in truffle mayonnaise, veal in strong jus with mushroom fricassee, poached pear with licorice and bitter chocolate heart. Extensive cellar at all price levels, with good representation from the Rhône and Languedoc regions.
