The small team has designed an experience fully in tune with the spirit of the surroundings, with comforting dishes and traditional wood decor. Guests can enjoy onion soup with poached Landes foie gras, pork chop with Jerusalem artichoke barigoule, raclette with smoked brezain, Savoyard fondue with morels, Swiss fondue, croziflette or blueberry charlotte.
