Gourmet Restaurant A smart table that has found its rhythm over the years, offering a consensual menu from which you can pick and choose at will for €43, with a few ways to play the trend: fish in gravlax with citrus caviar and beet chantilly, scallops with smoked duck breast and burnt leek, sweet potato purée with white wine mousse, supreme of Challans chicken with truffle butter, thighs in chestnut cream crisp with simmered mushrooms. Some fine pieces in the rotisserie, plates to share at the start of the meal, desserts in the same spirit. A well-varied cellar, both in terms of prices and vineyards.
