Gourmet Restaurant Tradition lives on around the corner from Place Louise Bettignies, in this handsome brick building adorned with Gault&Millau plaques. Because if we're loyal to this deserving establishment, it's also loyal to us, through its regularity and attention to our customers. Well-adjusted prices for composed, contemporary dishes: perfect egg sabayon with hazelnut butter, truffle salsa, bacon and vinaigrette, cod tian with eggplant and rolled tagliatelle with aioli, lychee cream pavlova with rose, raspberry crush for a €48 sequence that's well worth the price. Another proposal at €65, both menus sweeping the menu.
