Opened in 2022, Jade and Enzo's table has quickly established itself as one of Belfort's most interesting addresses, offering a meticulous and creative bistronomic experience. Having worked at Le Chambard in Kaysersberg, Enzo has demonstrated his mastery and personal ideas, offering a combination of langoustines and citrus fruits, red tuna with zucchinis and soy, poultry with turnips and watercress, and chocolate soufflé glacé.
