A promising new address in Bourg-Saint-Maurice, under new owners for just over a year. Behind an air of current banality, with presentations that are a tad pompous, there is good will and rather pleasure in this cuisine that leaves the Savoyard register with a certain research: buckwheat maki with haddock and lemon granny cream, pork cheek samosa with Anna potato and potimarron red wine sauce, praline "tiramichoux" with chocolate sauce... The toque is not far away, the service very friendly
