A promising new address in Bourg-Saint-Maurice, under new owners for just over a year. Behind an air of current banality, with presentations that are a tad pompous, there is good will and rather pleasure in this cuisine that leaves the Savoyard register with a certain research: buckwheat maki with haddock and lemon granny cream, pork cheek samosa with Anna potato and potimarron red wine sauce, praline "tiramichoux" with chocolate sauce...
