The resort experience is truly delightful, and the dining experience is a natural extension of that, offering the comfort of a Relais & Châteaux property. Chef Benoît Potdevin stays the course to meet the desires and requests of his distinguished clientele; the menus are thoughtfully crafted to deliver a high-level dining experience: a sophisticated take on celery as an appetizer, plain pikeperch fillet with shallot confit and garnet butter, Tauzin poultry with creamy polenta, confit thighs, textured mushrooms, and poultry jus with vin jaune, candied Williams pears with crispy oats and pear sorbet… A richly stocked wine cellar featuring the finest vintages from the best estates.
