This is undoubtedly one of the town's finest spots, a beautiful house set on the beach with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic. This Jean des Sables champions a cuisine that is above all marine and Landaise, under the direction of Clément Pichard, who is firmly established in the landscape. Rediscover white asparagus au naturel, vera pepper sabayon and Ispeguy smoked trout, smoked blue lobster éclade, candied sand carrot, ginger and crispy quinoa, braised duck filet, candied apples, lovage siphon, oyster mushrooms and jus court, moelleux and chocolate mousse, tagetes gel, cocoa shortbread, chicory ice cream and caramelized bread tuile. Lobster menu €98.
