Gault&Millau's review 2025

One of the best addresses in the area, this strong regional house is the realm of Jérôme Cazanave, craftsman of authenticity and good traditions. The formula is usual but effective: a slice of Salers, preserved lemons with salt and old cantal, a filet of Arctic char cooked meunière and a declination of Planèze blond wine, a suckling pig from Mr. Pommier and seasonal vegetables, a classic rum baba. Fair prices. Well-stocked cellar.
