Gault&Millau's review 2026

Alexandre Bravi carries on Georges Bermond's work with great consistency, offering affordable seasonal cuisine of excellent execution. The seasons are the guiding thread, with each period of the year bringing its own richness, in a well-calibrated €38 menu. This spring, the menu features duck trilogy, crème brûlée, foie gras medallion and fritons, veal quasi, Etchebest-style stuffed cabbage and fruit pavlova. Lunchtime menu €20.
