The seasons are the guiding thread, with each period of the year bringing its own richness, in a well-calibrated €38 menu. This spring, the menu features duck trilogy, crème brûlée, foie gras medallion and fritons, veal quasi, Etchebest-style stuffed cabbage and fruit pavlova. Lunchtime menu €20.
