In this classic setting, the efforts are numerous and the €37 formula is convincing: a small brandade as an appetizer, artichoke ravioli with summer truffle, creamed duck confit, double roasted lamb chop, crispy ratatouille, bear's garlic pistou, with well combined flavors, before the raspberry bavaroise, violet, cookie, yuzu mousseline for a well-deserved toque. Good service from the owner, regional wine cellar at reasonable prices.
