MamiNa in homage to her grandmother, who first entrusted her with the pots and pans of her kitchen, Roxane Bauvais has created a warm atmosphere here, adorned with antique objects found here and there. Using locally sourced seasonal fruit and vegetables, the chef creates a weekly menu with new suggestions for savory and sweet tarts and waffles, as well as a dish of the day simmered as our grandmothers did so well. In the dining room, on the bright veranda or in the garden in the shade of a beautiful maple tree, you'll have a breathtaking view of the mountains to enjoy a bucolic break. In the afternoon or early evening, you can enjoy a snack, aperitif or tea in the "chat area". On site, you'll find a delicatessen where Roxane has selected artisanal and regional delicacies to tantalize your taste buds.
