The garden's classic good taste always pleases visitors. The elegant veranda opens onto a flower-filled garden. Chef Thierry Chevallier works the seasonal market with spirit, and doesn't shy away from tackling great classics like veal sweetbreads or poultry with morel mushrooms. The Gourmet menu at €47 is a good example, with marbled duck foie gras and smoked quail or eel opera, pike-perch brandade with herbs or veal pavé with girolles fried in polenta with monbazillac sauce, finishing with a large profiterole.
