Chef's Restaurant This solid house with its large traditional backdrop doesn't just purr. Yannick Duc's cuisine relies on local or noble products, and the chef knows how to bring lightness and modernity to well-established recipes: scallops with chestnuts, dates, roasted spelt, bellota, smoked olive oil for a seductive land-sea dish; undressed lobster, green curry ravioli, emulsion of pressed shells for a fine prestige dish; dark Santo Domingo chocolate, praline, caramel leaf, tonka bean, glazed caramel for the final sweetness of a chic meal with a hefty bill (around €80-90 à la carte), keeping the toques at a good level. The cellar is rich and classic, and the young staff are diligent under the discreet eye of Nathalie Duc.
