Spending a day in Saint-Germain? The district has its own codes, some nostalgic, others trendy. Le Hibou is one of the latter, an unmissable terrace on the Odéon, ideal for observation and meetings. Aperitif nibbles, a well-thought-out mix of old and new: tuna carpaccio and onion soup, salad and burrata, tartare and fish and chips, steamed sea bass and beef cheek with coquillettes. Very efficient service.
