Description

A traditional restaurant where you can buy meat: that’s the concept behind Le Guet’Apens, opened by Gaëtan Sevrette in November 2025 in the heart of Langres. An industrial designer for 10 years and a lover of cooking since childhood, he now makes a living from his passion following a successful career change. He invites guests to discover comforting, family-style dishes that are both indulgent and creative, prepared with local organic fruits and vegetables and regional meats. Everything is homemade and seasonal, ranging from beef bourguignon to roast chicken, pork stir-fry, and rougail with sausages. The à la carte menu also features delicious grilled dishes cooked à la plancha and vegetarian options. You can also opt for the full set menu for €20, available Tuesday through Friday at lunchtime. In addition to fine wines with attractive labels, Gaëtan offers whiskey, beer, brandy, and local rums. We love the punk and metal decor and the laid-back atmosphere. A little bonus: the restaurant is air-conditioned! Follow them on Facebook: Le-GuetApens.
