A visit to this beautiful hill village is always a pleasure, and a plunge into the heart of Corsica. At Gaelle and Ludo's, everything is simple and good: charcuterie and breaded veal escalope, but also the dishes of the moment, tuna tartare, calamari à la carbonara or filet mignon of Corsican pork with arrabbiata. The cheese platter makes a good conclusion (but you can try the pavlova or baba) and the wines, especially the patrimonio, are well chosen.
