In this spacious 15th arrondissement neighborhood, where the streets are sometimes empty, the main dining room is often packed with people who love to eat and drink and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere at Benoît Gauthier’s table. This bistro with a southwestern French flair is full of culinary delights: gazpacho and piquillo pepper coulis, Parmesan bread crumble, a fillet of pollock à la plancha, sauce vierge and Basque-style sauce, confit pork belly with sweet potato purée, an Ibaïama pork chop for two, or even a cherry clafoutis.
