In one of France's most beautiful villages, tucked away in a remote corner of the Jura, Christine and Didier Favre's table and guesthouse is an exceptionally charming stopover. With its small terrace, view of the abbey, not far from the grotto, and unique panorama of the surrounding area, the address is a delight for the senses, continued on the plate by Didier and Adeline. Their seasonal dishes include a salad of Jura green lentils, gravelax of Dombes duckling with spices, Bresse chicken with yellow wine and morels, and an apple and pink praline tartlet. Menu €35.
