In 2026, Gare au Gorille gave way to Le Grand Gourmand and its annex, 66 Le Comptoir, where you can have a drink (and maybe a bite to eat) while waiting for a table to open up at the restaurant (clever!) or wrap up the evening with a digestif or coffee when it’s time to give up your table for the second seating. Between these two moments (optional, of course), you can enjoy dishes that, while by no means revolutionary—far from it—perfectly align with the expectations of the neighborhood’s golden youth: pan-seared calamari, fava beans and piquillo peppers, Grenoble-style skate, braised fennel, primavera risotto, burrata, and green vegetables. Desserts are also tailored to appeal to Generation Y (chocolate tart, vanilla rice pudding with salted caramel, raspberry waffle…), and the service is friendly and attentive.
