A 3-star hotel halfway between Fougères and Mayenne, this former coaching inn is home to a renowned table, as much for its classic, gourmet dishes as for its prices. In a chic country atmosphere, foie gras with cognac and shallot chutney, swordfish roll with crayfish and scallops, vegetable marbles and leek fondue, rump steak with mashed potatoes and old-fashioned vegetables, a revisited lemon tart.
