A very pretty house with a modern yet refined style (carpeting for a cosy feel, leather banquette and darker hues), Mathieu Colin's plates are a successful and renowned tribute to traditional recipes, with a welcome modern touch here and there. The execution lives up to expectations, and you'll be able to linger over the crab and Thai avocado millefeuille, the turbot and Bengali curry hollandaise, peas in sour cream and fregola sarda, the Simmental beef fillet and onion soup condiments, chanterelle mushrooms and stuffed baby ravioli, the strawberry and violet vacherin in vanilla parfait.
