A brasserie whose longevity speaks for itself: serving the people of Rennes since 1965, fifteen years in our columns, maintaining its chef's hat from one year to the next, always well-kept, serious and professional. The menu recounts history and tradition, with seafood, stuffed prawns, snail vol-au-vent, calf's liver with shallots and entrecôte béarnaise, instilling modernity with lobster roll or gambas and scallops risoni with chorizo. A wide choice of desserts and a bouillon menu are also available.
