Selected The brasserie section of Cyril Attrazic's restaurant boasts the same contemporary elegance as its predecessor, as well as the same high quality products, but in a more traditional vein, paying homage to the recipes of yesteryear. The century-old establishment once again proves its ability to renew itself with ease, defending a menu calibrated for bon vivants lunches: pâté croûte, poultry and foie gras, fario trout meunière, lemon and flat parsley, three-cooked pork and vegetable jardinière, shoulder of Lozère lamb, confit with sweet garlic and aligot... Professional service.
