The arrival in this beautiful countryside is a little complicated, but no doubt, you know where you are: in this beautiful countryside, the welcome of Henri Abbatucci, brother of Jacques (the tiger calf) and Jean-Charles (the wine), the appearance of the appetizing slate and the simple evocation of a family that makes its terroir shine so brightly are enough to whet the appetite. The pleasure is to be taken in full on this terrace that breathes so strongly of its surroundings: excellent tiger veal kidney with heart, liver and kidneys, sautéed and flambéed in brandy, zucchini fritters, veal tripe with clementine (the owner has made offal a specialty and a real delicacy), pan-fried veal liver deglazed with balsamic vinegar, fiadone-style clementine crisp. The cellar is of course supported by Jean-Charles Abbatucci's family estate and its remarkable vintages.
