Gault&Millau's review2026
Emmanuel Renaut's village bistro has regained its furniture, its rhythm and its raison d'être, after giving way to the gastro during the renovation work at Leutaz. And it's off to a flying start, judging by the regular flow of customers and their satisfaction. For her, the mushroom and cheese tartlet, the spit-roasted poultry, the veal shank confit, the fondue and the good desserts, the chocolate coulant in a casserole or the apple tart. Very attentive service, a remarkable wine cellar, in the region and elsewhere.
