Gourmet Restaurant For almost thirty years now, Thierry Guilbault has been building up his business in the city, defending a wise and renowned gastronomy. It's the kind of table that's loved for its consistency, found on special occasions, with fine service and noble products, and shared with extended family in Sunday best. The plates showcase our heritage: foie gras terrine with Tahitian vanilla, black truffle brioche and apricot coulis with tchuli pepper, turbot fillet with eggplant caviar, zucchini and crab, star anise and tarragon sauce, guinea fowl supreme stuffed with foie gras and chanterelles, chestnut honey sauce, strawberry tulip, peanut mascarpone, apricot sorbet with sweet woodruff, rhubarb coulis with balsamic vinegar. Tasting menu €70.
